Social Significance Of A Cow –
As a cow is a female animal, it is often related to femininity, motherhood, and fertility. Cows are a fruit of Mother Nature and are believed to be sacred in many cultures, so much so that they’re referred to as ‘Mother Cow’ as they are considered the creator of mankind.
Cows also symbolize patience and endurance, as they are generally calm. You can’t even imagine the pain they have to endure and the sacrifices they are forced to make! They offer a sense of nourishment as they provide us with food and milk.
Interpretation of Cow Dream –
1. Peace and Prosperity –
You must have seen cows grazing a field once and realized how peaceful it feels. Just looking at the scene soothes your soul.
Cows are often related to serenity and prosperity, probably because they are prominently white. Besides, all by-products of cows are white except for beef.
2. Motherhood And Fertility –
In all the examples of a cow’s spirituality that we discussed earlier, one thing common is that a cow is the symbol of motherhood. It is one of the reasons why this animal is called ‘Mother Cow.’
It is the selfless nature of the cow that earned it the title. Since the beginning of time, we have been using cows for their milk, and they have been kind enough to oblige, just like a mother obliges her children.
The cow’s maternal instincts, nurturing care, and selflessness symbolize such compassion. There’s a certain amount of lucidness in her disposition and the need to put others first.
3. Femininity And Strength –
Cows are the most prominent example of how selfless and devoted a female can be. She can start a world by herself and feed thousands of people in her lifetime, yet never ask for anything in return.
Imagine if there were no cows in the world. How would the world work, then? You will be forced to drink powdered milk.
There won’t be any cream or butter, no cheese or mayonnaise that you love so much. So, that’s how powerful and vital these creatures are!
4. Abundance and Wealth –
It is no secret how much farm owners can earn by selling up milk and its by-products. Various products are milk derivatives, like butter, cheese, mayonnaise, cream, etc.
In other words, we can say wealth comes in handy with a cow, and there’s never a shortage of food!

In the dream, a white cow chased me. I ran into a house and the cow followed me. As I was running away from it, the cow followed until I ran into a small house through the back yard door, used nail to bolt the door hoping that the nail was too small for the the cow to push away. I passed through the passage and from the front door, I escaped to another street opposite; where I watched the cow going round the building in search for me.
